I Agree to the Reservations Policy:
All reservations must be confirmed by Harvest Thyme Tavern via phone or email and will require a credit card for parties of 5 or more. We will charge a $15 flat fee per person for no-shows or cancelations for parties of 5 or more with less than three hours’ notice. We allocate one hour and 45 minutes for each table. If your group needs longer, please inform us at the time of reservation. By accepting the reservation, you agree to adhere to this time frame. For all Special Events and Holidays, we have a 48-hour cancelation period. If notice is given in less than 48 hours, we will charge a $35 flat fee per person. Dining Policy: We will seat your party only when all guests have arrived, with no exceptions. We will hold your reservation for up to fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes, we will release your original reservation and do our best to accommodate your party if/when everyone has arrived. For parties of five or more, we include a 20% automatic gratuity and do not provide separate checks; however, we can split checks equally but not itemize them. We allocate one hour and 45 minutes for each table. We will politely ask you to respect the agreed-to time limit and begin to wrap up accordingly out of respect for the Harvest Thyme Tavern staff and especially those parties waiting to be seated on time for their reservations. If you have any dietary restrictions for all Special Events and Holiday Events that have a preset menu, please let us know ahead of the event, as we’d be happy to accommodate most requests for no additional charge. We may charge an additional $20 per course/person if not pre-requested. We do not provide refunds on items you do not like. Please read the menu descriptions carefully, or please feel free to ask questions before placing your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
