Kim has thoughtfully curated an unforgettable evening featuring Dan Gardner, former Four Roses Brand Ambassador, who will share the stories, history, and legacy behind one of Kentucky’s most celebrated bourbon distilleries. Guests will begin the evening with a signature welcome cocktail before enjoying a five-course dinner from our award-winning Chef Rik Squillari, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of rare and vintage Four Roses bourbons.

Dan Gardner, Former Four Roses Brand Ambassador
A veteran of Kentucky’s spirits and wine industry, Dan Gardner has represented some of the most respected names in American whiskey, including Jim Beam, Wild Turkey, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Van Winkle, and Very Old Barton. From 2009 until his retirement in 2024, he served as Midwest Regional Sales Manager and Brand Ambassador for Four Roses Distillery. Dan is celebrated for bringing the history, craftsmanship, and legacy of Four Roses Bourbon to life through engaging stories and unmatched industry knowledge.
